Our pricing reflects the high level of preparation, specialist equipment, and experienced facilitation required to deliver safe, inclusive, and engaging workshops for all learners.
Half-Day Workshop (2–3 hours):
£350
Good for smaller projects (like birdhouses, feeders, or planters) with one group of learners.
Full-Day Workshop (4–6 hours):
Full-Day Project (4–6 hours)
A tailored, hands-on project designed around the learner’s needs and the scope of work involved.
Price: Quotation provided based on project requirements.
EOTAS Session
£300
EOTAS sessions are shaped around each learner’s abilities, interests, and goals, providing practical, engaging projects that meet them exactly where they are.
After-School Club
£120
An individual after-school session gives learners a fun, hands-on creative experience, but booking a block of sessions allows us to build skills steadily, develop bigger projects, and give learners the chance to see their ideas grow over time.
Additional costs
1. Travel beyond 30 miles from our Witney (OX28) base will incur an additional charge of 45p per mile
2. If Make & Grow Workshop needs to provide an additional team member to safely support a larger group, the core session rate will increase by 50%.
(Example: Half-Day Workshop £350 + £175 = £525 total.)
We encourage a member of your staff to take part in the session, as this helps maintain the ideal ratio and avoids the additional staffing charge.
3. Miscellaneous materials such as screws, nails, or other items may occasionally be required if suitable recycled materials are unavailable. Any additional costs will be discussed during the consultation process.
4. We understand that tools and equipment may occasionally break through normal use as learners develop their skills — that’s part of the learning process. However, if a tool or piece of equipment is intentionally damaged, the cost of replacement will be charged to the school or organisation.
