The Make & Grow Practical Learning Programme uses meaningful hands-on projects to help learners develop confidence, resilience and essential life skills. Whether building planters, creating wildlife habitats or completing real improvement projects around school, learners gain practical experience while improving communication, teamwork, problem-solving and independence.

Designed for schools, SEND settings, Alternative Provision and EOTAS, every programme can be tailored to meet the individual needs of learners, whether through one-to-one support, small group interventions or larger practical projects.
